We can clean it.

Payment. Square checkout collects the $10 reservation deposit plus $0 for the selected add-ons, for $10 due at checkout. The deposit is applied to the $25 base cleaning price. The remaining base-cleaning balance of $15 must be paid before cleaning begins.

Access & preparation. You confirm that you are authorized to request service at the address provided. Cans must be empty, outside, accessible, and in serviceable condition; gates must be unlocked and pets secured. You do not need to be present. By booking, you authorize reasonable use of a working outdoor water spigot at the service address. The spigot must be turned on, safely operable, and accessible to our equipment. Water used for the cleaning is supplied through the customer's utility service, and the customer is responsible for the associated ordinary water charges. Please disclose any spigot, access, plumbing, or water-supply concern before the appointment. If suitable water access is unavailable, service may need to be delayed or rescheduled.

Pest-control add-on. If selected, you authorize installation of one TERRO Garbage Guard per can chosen for an additional $15 each. This pesticide product is intended for eligible outdoor or garage trash cans and will be installed according to its label. Keep it away from children and pets. Results and product life vary; pest-free conditions are not guaranteed. We may decline installation on a wet, damaged, unsuitable, or nonstandard lid, and future replacement products are separate purchases.

Mailbox Refresh add-on. If selected, you authorize gentle cleaning of one accessible, standard residential mailbox for an additional $7. The service includes removal of loose debris and cobwebs plus a light inside-and-out spray and wipe; it does not include pressure washing, repairs, painting, restoration, stain removal, or handling mail. The mailbox must be unlocked, safely accessible, free of mail and personal contents, and owned or controlled by the customer. We may decline damaged, unsafe, shared, cluster, locked, or specialty mailboxes.

Additional cleaning add-ons. Pad Area Wash covers one small, standard ground or pad area immediately around the cans and excludes full patios, driveways, specialty surfaces, oil or rust treatment, and restoration. Heavy-Duty Cleaning provides extra time and treatment for unusually heavy, stuck-on residue but does not guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage. Maggot/Pest Cleanup addresses visible insects or larvae inside a can but is not extermination and does not guarantee that pests will not return. We may stop service and require a custom quote or professional remediation for severe infestations or for hazardous materials, chemicals, sharps, animal remains, bodily fluids, or other unsafe contents.

Changes & cancellations. Submit a request through the Cancel Service tab. One-time cleanings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date to avoid losing the deposit. Monthly memberships must be canceled before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. Charges already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law. Requests are recorded when submitted, and final confirmation is emailed after processing. We may reschedule for unsafe weather, equipment problems, or other conditions beyond our control.

Service limitations. We may decline unsafe, hazardous, excessively damaged, or inaccessible cans. Listed prices cover regular city-issued residential garbage cans only; oversized or nonstandard containers require an inquiry and custom quote before service. Cleaning improves ordinary residue and odor but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, odor, pest, or permanent damage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects, items left inside a can, or pre-existing leaks or defects affecting the customer's spigot, hose connection, or plumbing. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived or responsibility for damage caused by our negligence.
